Advantages of the product

On-Metal & Liquid-Resistant Performance

Achieve reliable RFID tagging on challenging surfaces such as metal equipment, machinery, and liquid-filled containers. These specialized labels are engineered with advanced antenna designs and materials that mitigate signal interference, ensuring consistent, accurate read rates even when applied directly to metallic assets or stored in close proximity to liquids. This capability is essential for industrial asset management, automotive parts tracking, and chemical inventory control, where standard RFID labels would fail. The robust performance ensures that critical assets are always visible to the tracking system, enhancing inventory accuracy and operational control.

Customizable Sizes, Materials & Encoding

Benefit from a fully customizable RFID label solution tailored to specific application needs. From small, discreet labels for jewelry and electronics to large, rugged tags for pallets and containers, the manufacturing capabilities accommodate a wide range of sizes and materials. Options include various adhesives, printable surfaces for barcodes, and pre-encoding with unique identifiers. This level of customization ensures the label fits the form factor of the asset and integrates seamlessly with existing data structures, providing a flexible solution for diverse projects across retail, logistics, and specialized industrial sectors.

Enhanced Security with Anti-Counterfeiting Features

Protect brand integrity and ensure product authenticity with RFID labels that incorporate advanced anti-counterfeiting technologies. Each label can be encoded with a unique, encrypted identifier that is extremely difficult to duplicate, creating a digital fingerprint for each item. This enables secure supply chain tracking and allows end-users to verify product authenticity easily. For luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, and high-value components, this provides a powerful deterrent against counterfeiting and unauthorized diversion, building consumer trust and safeguarding brand reputation from manufacturing to point-of-sale.

Common problem

How are RFID labels manufactured?

JUCCCE manufactures RFID labels in our own large-scale factories, ensuring quality and consistency. The process begins with creating an RFID inlay (the chip and antenna on a substrate). This inlay is then laminated or embedded into a durable label material, such as paper, polyester, or synthetic stocks, depending on the application. We then convert it into the final label form—rolls, sheets, or hang tags—ready for printing and encoding by an RFID printer.
The read range of an RFID label varies based on its type (UHF vs. HF), the reader’s power, and the environment. JUCCCE’s UHF RFID labels, commonly used for inventory and logistics, typically offer a read range from a few centimeters to over 10 meters (33 feet) with a fixed reader. This long range is what enables batch reading and portal-style tracking. For close-proximity applications, HF/NFC labels have a shorter, more controlled read range.
JUCCCE RFID labels are used across a wide spectrum of industries. In retail, they enable smart inventory management, anti-theft, and fast checkout. In logistics, they are used for tracking pallets and shipments through the supply chain. For asset management, they provide real-time location and status of high-value equipment. In manufacturing, they track work-in-progress. Their versatility makes them a key technology for digital transformation.

Amanda Collins
Printable surface for dual-purpose labeling

I appreciate that these labels have a printable surface. We can print human-readable information and barcodes on them while also encoding the UHF RFID chip. This dual-purpose approach helps bridge the gap between our legacy barcode system and new RFID system.

Brian Mitchell
Strong adhesive works on low-energy surfaces

We had trouble with labels falling off polypropylene bins. The adhesive on these RFID labels bonds exceptionally well to low-surface-energy plastics. Once applied, they are not coming off. A strong and reliable solution for plastic asset tracking.
