JC-82 and JC-83 are our latest industrial-grade wide-format barcode printers which are developed and manufactured by our excellent technical team. JC-82's print accuracy is 203 dpi, and JC-83's is 300 dpi.
As an 8-inch wide-format barcode printer, JC-82/83 offers a maximum print width of 216mm.
The full-width movable sensor enables precise positioning of labels of various specifications.
Featuring an industrial-grade metal structure design, it is capable of handling long-time and
high-volume label printing applications, widely applicable for printing on A4-sized financial
e-tickets, wide-format labels in manufacturing, healthcare and electronic industries.
With our new generation mechanism design, the outer diameter of paper roll can accommodate up to 254 mm, and the length of ribbon up to 300 meters, making JC-82 and JC-83 extremely suitable and durable for wide-format-printing-need scenarios such as factory production labeling lines, large-amount logistics boxes management, etc. They can also be combined with automatic labeling machines. The printing speed is upgraded to 4 inches per second, while maintaining perfect quality even at the highest speed.
JC-82 and JC-83 support all kinds of interface, such as USB2.0 (standard), network port, serial port, WiFi, Bluetooth (optional), easily to combine with WMS and ERP systems.
Meanwhile, JC-82 and JC-83 all support different types of ribbons, including wax-based, resin-based, and mixed-based ribbons. We also provide paper cutter as optional accessory.
1.Humanized Structural Design.
The side-opening mechanism opens to nearly 90°, which makes it super easy to swap the
ribbon and paper. You can also add an automatic paper cutter or a special cutter for foil tags.
2.Double Ribbon Motors.
Double ribbon motors can effectively balance the ribbon tension and prevent wrinkling.
3.Large Consumables Capacity.
External removable paper holder supports paper rolls up to 254mm (10 inches) and ribbons up
