JC-610 is a heavy-duty industrial-grade barcode printer, designed for high-volume printing tasks. High precision, high speed, and excellent stability, enable 24/7 operation, suitable for manufacturing, garment, medical logistics and automation fields. JC-610 has options of print accuracy, which are 203 dpi, 300 dpi and 600 dpi (The higher the dpi is, the better the print quality will be). JC-610’s maximum print width can reach 4 inches (104mm).

JC-610 is a heavy-duty industrial-grade barcode printer, designed for high-volume printing tasks. High precision, high speed, and excellent stability, enable 24/7 operation, suitable for manufacturing, garment, medical logistics and automation fields. JC-610 has options of print accuracy, which are 203 dpi, 300 dpi and 600 dpi (The higher the dpi is, the better the print quality will be). JC-610’s maximum print width can reach 4 inches (104mm).

2.Full metal reliable body.
The use of robust all-aluminum die-casting technology, casting the stability and durability of the overall structure, and its excellent continuous operation ability to ensure that the printer can still maintain stable operation in the continuous 24 hours of high-intensity label printing operations.
3.High-capacity consumable design.
Supports the installation of both internal and external carbon ribbons, and can accommodate up to 600 meters of ribbon and paper rolls up to 230 mm in diameter, reducing the need of frequent consumable changes and increasing work efficiency.
4.Highly Efficient Printing.
Support 203dpi, 300dpi and 600dpi resolutions, with maximum printing speeds of 14 ips (355.6 mm per second), 10 ips (254 mm per second), and 6 ips (152.4 mm per second).

Supports up to 600 DPI resolution with a minimum printable label height up to 4mm, clear label printing applications such as circuit boards, chips and micro-components.

Pressure lever with scale and green, yellow and red gears, intuitive and clear, pressure adjustment is more convenient. Movable pressure lever, quickly locate the printing pressure required for special labels.
7.Dual control of ribbon tension and accuracy.
The multi-motor drive design accurately controls ribbon tension, effectively preventing ribbon wrinkles while helping to keep the printed content in a stable position, providing users with high-quality printing results.

Operation mode I: 4.3-inch LCD touch screen, menu options at a glance, easy to understand.
Operation mode II: multi-function physical keys, to achieve rapid adjustment of parameter settings, fast positioning of labels, pause and many other functions.
The LCD touch screen can be paired with the key function to achieve fast browsing or changing of printer settings.
