JC-62 and JC-63 are our latest industrial-grade barcode printers which are developed and manufactured by our excellent technical team. JC-62's print accuracy is 203 dpi, and JC-63's is 300 dpi. JC-62 and JC-63’s maximum print width can reach 6.6 inches (168mm). They can meet the large-scale label printing tasks for manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, healthcare and other industries.
With our new generation mechanism design, the outer diameter of paper roll can accommodate up to 210 mm, and the length of ribbon up to 450 meters, making JC-62 and JC-63 extremely suitable and durable for heavy-printing-need scenarios such as factory production labeling lines, large-amount logistics goods management, etc. They can also be combined with automatic labeling machines. The printing speed is upgraded to 6 inches per second, while maintaining perfect quality even at the highest speed. Automatic printing material adjustment, they can accurately one-click position different specifications of labels, and label paper rolls can be replaced and printed directly without wasting a single label paper.
JC-62 and JC-63 support all kinds of interface, such as built-in Ethernet card, dual USB hosts and device, RS-232, Wi-Fi, GPIO card/Parallel port, easily to combine with WMS and ERP systems.
Meanwhile, JC-62 and JC-63 all support different types of ribbons, including wax-based, resin-based, and mixed-based ribbons. We also provide a wide range of optional accessories, including paper cutter, paper stripper, internal paper rotator, and external paper rotator, etc.
