Advantages of the product

High-Speed Batch Reading for Rapid Inventory

Transform inventory management with UHF RFID’s ability to perform high-speed, batch reading of tagged items. Unlike barcode scanning which requires individual line-of-sight, UHF RFID can capture all tagged items on a shelf, in a cart, or passing through a portal in a fraction of a second. This capability enables rapid cycle counts, instantaneous goods receipt, and efficient order fulfillment. For retail and warehouse environments, this translates to near real-time inventory visibility, reduced stockouts, and the ability to conduct more frequent and accurate inventory audits without disrupting operations.

Global Standards Compliance for Supply Chains

Deploy UHF RFID solutions with confidence, knowing they comply with global standards like EPC Gen2 and ISO 18000-6C. This ensures interoperability across the global supply chain, allowing tagged items to be read by any compliant reader system worldwide. This standardization is critical for multinational retailers, logistics providers, and manufacturers who require consistent performance and data exchange across different regions and partners. It guarantees that RFID investments are future-proof and that assets can be tracked seamlessly from one point in the supply chain to another, regardless of the hardware used.

Advanced Anti-Counterfeiting & Authentication

Protect brand value and consumer safety with UHF RFID tags that provide a robust layer of anti-counterfeiting. Each tag can be encoded with a unique, cryptographically secure identifier that is virtually impossible to replicate. This enables end-to-end authentication, allowing manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to verify product authenticity at every stage. For high-value goods, pharmaceuticals, and luxury items, this technology acts as a powerful deterrent against counterfeit products, protecting revenue and brand integrity while providing consumers with a reliable means to verify they are purchasing genuine products.

Common problem

How does UHF RFID differ from HF RFID?

UHF and HF (High-Frequency) RFID differ primarily in read range and application. UHF RFID offers a long read range, often exceeding 10 meters (33 feet), and excels at batch reading many tags quickly. This makes it ideal for supply chain and inventory. HF RFID (e.g., NFC) has a shorter, more controlled read range (typically a few centimeters to a meter) and is often used for access control, payments, and applications requiring close proximity.
A complete UHF RFID system from JUCCCE consists of three core components: Tags (UHF RFID labels attached to items), Readers (fixed or handheld devices that emit radio waves and read tags), and Antennas (which radiate the reader’s signal). We provide all these components, along with handheld PDAs, rugged tablets, and integration software, to create a seamless, one-stop solution for your specific application.
In smart manufacturing, UHF RFID from JUCCCE brings real-time visibility to the production floor. RFID tags on work-in-progress, raw materials, and finished goods allow for automated tracking at every stage. Readers at key points trigger events, log times, and verify components. This data feeds into the “intelligent production line,” enabling lean manufacturing, reducing errors, improving traceability, and providing the analytics needed for continuous process improvement.

Customer Reviews

Bruce Wayne
Long-range portal reader for dock doors

We installed the UHF RFID portal at our shipping dock. It automatically reads all tags on pallets as they exit, providing real-time shipment confirmation. It has eliminated missed shipments and improved our billing accuracy. A great solution for logistics.

Diana Prince
Excellent sensitivity for crowded tag environments

In our retail environment with many tags close together, the reader's anti-collision algorithm works great. It can read hundreds of tagged items on a shelf simultaneously without missing any. It is essential for our inventory management.
