Advantages of the product

End-to-End Solutions from Tags to Software

Implement a complete, seamlessly integrated RFID system with a single provider offering everything from specialized tags and readers to middleware and application software. This end-to-end approach eliminates the complexity and risk of integrating components from multiple vendors. It ensures that every part of the system—from the tag attached to an asset to the software managing its data—is designed to work together optimally. With in-house R&D and manufacturing, the solution is tailored to specific use cases, providing a reliable, single-source accountability for deployment and support.

Real-Time Inventory Visibility & Automation

Transform supply chain operations with RFID technology that delivers real-time inventory visibility and automates key processes. By using fixed readers at portals and on shelves, the system continuously tracks tagged items as they move, providing an up-to-the-minute view of stock levels and locations. This automation reduces the need for manual cycle counts, eliminates stockouts, and improves order accuracy. For retailers and warehouses, this means better inventory turns, reduced carrying costs, and the ability to offer services like buy-online-pickup-in-store with guaranteed accuracy.

Durable Tag Options for Asset Lifecycle

Track high-value assets reliably over their entire lifecycle with a range of durable RFID tags designed for challenging environments. Options include tags that withstand high-temperature manufacturing processes, chemical exposure, outdoor weathering, and heavy impact. These rugged tags are engineered to maintain consistent read performance despite the environmental stress, ensuring that assets like heavy machinery, reusable containers, and IT equipment are always traceable. This durability is essential for achieving a high return on investment in asset-intensive industries.

What are the main applications of RFID?

JUCCCE deploys RFID across a wide range of industries. In retail, it’s used for inventory management and anti-theft. In logistics, it automates receiving and shipping. In asset management, it provides real-time location and status of critical equipment. In manufacturing, it tracks work-in-progress for smart production lines. Its versatility makes it a key technology for digital transformation across sectors.
The main differences are in frequency, read range, and application. UHF RFID (860-960 MHz) offers long range (meters) and fast batch reading, ideal for supply chain and logistics. HF RFID (13.56 MHz) has a short to medium range (centimeters to ~1 meter) and is used for access control. NFC is a subset of HF, designed for very close-range, secure communication used in mobile payments and pairing devices.
A complete RFID system from JUCCCE requires three core components: Tags (which are attached to items), Readers (which emit radio waves and capture tag data), and Antennas (which radiate the reader’s signal). Depending on the application, you may also need a handheld PDA (which integrates reader and antenna), fixed readers for portals, and backend software to process the data.

Reduced inventory labor costs by 50%

With RFID, we have cut our inventory labor costs in half. Cycle counts that used to take a team of five people a full day now take a single person a few hours. The ROI was immediate.
